Professional Development

Professional Development

Well-trained teachers provide quality care. An investment in continual professional development and guidance will help teachers improve and maintain the care they provide to your children. At Partners in Quality Care, we offer the following professional development opportunities and resources for your child care center:

Professional Development at Your Program
Partners in Quality Care offers in-person as well as online professional development seminars for early childhood programs and family child care centers in the State of Minnesota. All of our courses are taught by approved instructors and meet all state training requirements under the Minnesota Center for Professional Development.

First Aid/CPR
Though our team members do not administer the first aid and CPR training courses, our professionals will educate you on the importance of getting first aid and CPR certified, and help you and your staff sign up for the proper American Red Cross training courses.

CACFP Resources
If your child care center or senior care center is a member of the Child and Adult Care Food Program, it’s important you follow all nutrition standards for the meals and snacks you provide. Our team has put together a list of free nutrition resources you can use for your center.
